An Emperor, weekend finds and.. nutmeg

I always like the fresh smell of nutmeg in cakes, desserts... in the house. My recent obsession is crushed nutmeg in small bowls around the pied-à-terre. So when i started reading this morning about Napoleon Bonaparte's preference for noix de muscade, i got very excited...
